My Hall of Monument is almost full, I have 4 on 5 monuments full. The only one that is empty is Valor. So I wonder, in order to fill it, considering I'm not rich, which are the easiest and cheapest to get, the destroyer weapons or tormented weapons? I also want to know which places are the best to get/farm them.

Destroyer Weapons are by far cheaper. I think you can buy them for about 20k from other people. Otherwise you can craft them: http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Balthor_Coalforge

Tormented Weapons cost 1 armbrace. Prices were about 33e, but prices have dropped due to new farms. I think they're somewhere in the range of 20-25e now.

If your looking for destroyer weapons, I'd just keep playing and working on other titles, save up gold ect and buy diamonds and onyx from players, they are cheap enough as they can only be used for the one thing.

The dungeon reward chests often drop diamonds or onyx, especially in Slaver's Exile; furthermore, there is at least one quest that gives them as a reward (Attack on Jalis's Camp?); not sure, but it's one of the optional dwarven quests. I'm not sure any farms exist for them, as diamonds are a very rare drop from only certain monsters, and I have never observed onyx to drop from a monster (though that's not to say it doesn't).

I know in Cathedral of Flames dungeon, you quite often get onyx and diamonds from hidden treasures and the end chest. But buying from players is faster. Check the current price at the Rare Materials NPC and be sure to ask for a quote as the price showing is usually much lower than the real price. If pricing hasn't changed much then you can purchase them from players for between 350-380g ea.

Depending on your materials cost, a destroyer weapon will run you between 12-15k to have it crafted.

Dungeon end chests will net you some diamonds and onyx. They aren't that expensive if you buy from players and really even at the trader. You should be able to buy or craft for 20k ish.

Tormented weps can be made from Armbraces which are crafted from gems from DoA.

When you put them in the hall, some of them become customized to that chararcter so think carefully which character dedicates them. Since HoM is account wide, you may want to put certain weps on a certain char.
